About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our remote team and help develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and applications. You'll work on the full ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and model development to production deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to solve business problems
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for data processing, training, and inference
- Deploy models to production environments and ensure scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems for production ML systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into existing applications
- Stay current with ML frameworks, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in machine learning and software development
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data structures
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Knowledge of database systems and big data technologies
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Previous experience deploying ML models at scale
